hmm it's been a while, will try to run this thing up again. That may be coming from one of the lib updates? Will tell you if I find anything. BTW if you have any LTI question at large, don't hesitate to ping me too...

ok just pushed a commit that just removes the decode - might have been neede back then but not on newer libs and python. It allowed me to move past that step. Hopefully it fixes it for you too...

Sorry, the 403 happened because the storeandshow extension wasn't correctly set. Now it is working
