I'll have to think about this, it would complicate things quite a bit. For example, users with short interval might fall within the deviation.
The implementation itself of RaspBee seems pretty bad. Honestly my best advice would be to just use the Hue bridge. It's basically free with the starter kits and in the 4 years I've had Hue lights I've never had a single issue.

Could you try out 1.0.8b and see if this fixes your issue?
I goofed up the 1.0.8b release. Could you try out 1.0.9b?

Seems to work over here. Events are a lot less.

@claytonjn Thanks! The 1.0.9b seems to work fine. I don't see a lot of events now :)
And I like the added possibility to use my "manual" dimmer switch without CL immediately readjusting.
