Integration with Rubymine about debugger

Probably very little code work. But it's up to Jetbrains to make debugger the default. If you really care about this, I'd suggest requesting it from them and mention I'm willing to work with them if necessary.

The response from the maintainer indicates they already have a working fork for 1.9.x. Seeing that they have a working fork, neither they or myself have a motivation for doing this integration. If their fork is not working for you, you should probably file a bug report with them. Alternatively, you can make a pull request here to get debugger integrated with rubymine and it sounds like they'd be open to interfacing with debugger.
