I'd consider adding 10. and 192.168. as default whitelist entries.. that's sensible.

I too was surprised that Clear Linux enables this by default. Is there a way to opt out of tallow?

Update: You can opt out with systemctl mask tallow, you can remove the blocked IP with sudo ipset del tallow <ip>, and you can prevent this from happening again by adding /etc/tallow.conf with a value of something like:

whitelist=192.168.
