feature request: show warning on non-existent classes about vscode-css-modules

Support non exist classes diagnostics is not a easy work, it will make vscode-css-modules be more complex. Give us some time to consider and design this feature. @Iminrage Thanks

Haha, PR is welcome! We can disable this feature by default, and turn it on in settings.

I'm not sure if this is related (I'll create separe issue if it's not), but you cannot navigate from react code to empty class in css file. Example:
you have in our scss file:

.classA {
    .classB {
        // some styles
    }
}

and in the react code:

<div className={styles.classA}>
    <div className={styles.classB} />
</div>

navigation to classB works, while navigation to classA does not.
