Late to the party, but why is that the case @carlhoerberg ?
We are adding this as a sidecar in our php pods, meaning we'll get an amqp proxy per pod. Would you say this is an anti pattern? Our services have unique vhosts to the upstream RabbitMQ server so we would need at least one proxy per service.
