Move generated micro-bosh-stemcell into stemcells folder about bosh-bootstrap

Looks like this conflicts with this.
The bosh deploy script looks in the dir where the custom stemcell is created but after the creation the download script copies the custom stemcell to /var/vcap/store/stemcells.
