Remove postgres job about cf-services-contrib-release

We actually added this today to support the pre-ng Postgres service gateway. The release requires it.

Now that I look again, I think we copied this over by mistake, under the false assumption that it was related to the legacy postgres gateway. It should be fine to remove. Good catch.

Taking another look at this. The title of this issue refers to the "postgres" job, but the text refers to the package.

There is no postgres job in cf-services-release. The package is still used in the postgresql_gateway and postgresql_node jobs, though it also requires postgresl91 and postgresl92, so it may be redundant. If you feel strongly that we should remove this and are sure it's not needed, please submit a pull request.

Thanks Matt. I think when this ticket was created a few weeks ago there was
a stray postgres job that got accidentally migrated here from cf-release.
