It's mean that the 'cf-service-release' will be unnecessary,all of services will be provided by 'cf-services-contrib-release'?

No; for awhile they will be useful duplicates; and this release will have a final release of mysql.
Over time soon, the Core Services team are rewriting cf-services-release with a new service broker for the new v2 Services API.
I think we'll leave this repo as v1 Services API implementations; and start a new repo for v2 services. That's an idea.
