[FEATURE] Core Development for 1.2.x about spark-standalone-cluster-on-docker

Version 1.2.0 released

We successfully implemented R kernel for Jupyter and added a notebook with Spark R (SparkR) API examples. The release increased the size of the Jupyter Lab image from 1.7 GB to 2.05 GB and have reached almost 2500 downloads on Docker Hub in less than two months. Surprisingly, the Apache Spark master image has reached more downloads than JupyterLab image for the first time since the project started.

Next release will deal with infra stuff, like improving GitHub to Docker Hub CI/CD script and general documentation. I would like very much to add an example folder with tons of Scala, PySpark and SparkR code.
