Downloading updates on every startup? about csgo

to be sure, i've just tried it again now and the container did not download the updates... so probably it was a coincidence as i started the containers between updates from steam? I dont know 🤦
Is there a way to prevent the container from downloading updates? I only need a running csgo server to do some fancy stuff with it. No updates needed.
When i would use your dockerfile, what should i do to prevent those downloads?

Seems like i answered my own question and its hopefully working now without doing updates.
I moved the content from entry.sh to the dockerfile, removed the ENTRYPOINT declaration and commented out the line including
+app_update ${STEAMAPPID}
