• scrape the csv export link for watchlist instead of scraping the list as html
• Should improve the biggest performance bottleneck we see right now.

I would like to switch to using ipinfo.io to request the user's country code as it seems to be the most reliable API for the task, especially as compared to the current method I have been implementing.

Currently, I have the app set up to erase the user's preferred streaming services every time, because I check location and update the available services for each run. I don't want to have to assume that the same services are available forever and would prefer for users to not have to manually reset their config files if they leave the country. However, I have noticed that I forget which services I want to search over time, so I would like to save the user's streaming services in the config file and then make sure they are all still available, and then print the list to the user with the option to either add or remove them, reconfigure from scratch, or proceed with the same list.
