Add update_travis_configuration rake task about rainforest

There is no convenient way to inherit to my knowledge and thus I think that investing in the automation is not worth it.

For context: add ons might be an issue. From Core:

Only workaround I can think of, if .travis.yml does not support inheritance: Create a rake task in Rainforest to generate a .travis.yml from a template one (hosted in shared) + a custom .travis.custom.yml (that would contain specific content, like addons keys.

That should be quite doable as it all YAML and merging hashes

Indeed there are solutions, but I don't think they are worth it in terms of implementation time (manual maintenance would take less time and be less error prone) and pollution (e.g. another dotfile on the root of the repo).
