If you're using Visual Studio 2019 or higher, simply open this repo by Visual Studio "open folder".
Then open "CMake settings" in Visual Studio, type -DFbxSdkHome=\"C:\\Program Files\\Autodesk\\FBX\\FBX SDK\\2020.0.1\" in "CMake command line arguments".
Then just generate it.
If you just want to use it instead of build it, download the executable release in https://github.com/cocos-creator/FBX-glTF-conv/releases/tag/release-v1.0.0-alpha.30 . The executable can be found at <decompress-the-zip>/Release/bin/FBX-glTF-conv.exe.
