AWS EC2 : Alternate choice for "chmod" for windows about daily-code

@kmr-rohit in windows you have to remove access of the file from everyone in advanced properties of this file and manually add who can acces it .

Reset to remove explict permissions
icacls.exe $path /reset
Give current user explicit read-permission
icacls.exe $path /GRANT:R "$($env:USERNAME):(R)"
Disable inheritance and remove inherited permissions
icacls.exe $path /inheritance:r
