go build error under go-1.13.1 windows about bombardier

I felt puzzled by Go's deps management mechanism: since Go get is successful, then i assume all the 3rd deps are downloaded, but turns out it's not.

Also i noticed bombardier's main source is written 5 years ago, which means it may not have compile test on latest Go?
