Adding index.html? about feed2js

There was no technical reason; I had thought at the time that people might want to create their own front end page, so I left it open. A default one is a good idea.

Ok cool. You're probably right that having a default page that points to build.php is better than renaming build.php to be the default. I can see how people would want to leave open the option of using the code within an existing setup. I'll work on a basic homepage with a prominent button to "Start building a feed" that links to build.php so it's obvious when people install it in an empty directory without having to know where to look.
