I have fixed the #include in BCP_os.hpp.

I really don't like the idea of having #ifdef in the source. Can you check where sys/resource.h gets included on Darwin? Over the weekend I'll have access to a Darwin machine and I'll try to figure out a nice way to get setpriority appropriately defined in BCP_os.hpp.

I think the dependency chains always look like

BCP_cg_main.cpp->BCP_USER.cpp->...->BCP_error.hpp->cstdlib->stdlib.h->wait.h->resource.h.

And the simplest is

BCP_cg_main.cpp->BCP_USER.cpp->BCP_error.hpp->cstdlib->stdlib.h->wait.h->resource.h
