Compilation problem with Visual C++ 2015 about cppad

I provided pull request #18 just in case...
But unfortunately I can't test it on any other compiler than Visual C++ 2015.
It should be a correct patch for any compiler, anyway.

It seems to me that things the CppAD namespace should be visible in the CppAD::local namespace, but perhaps there is something special about friend declarations in this regard ?

I tried this simple test: http://ideone.com/TIORya and it also fails with gcc-5.1.
If you change:
friend void test_fun(MyClass *c);
to:
friend void A::test_fun(MyClass *c);
it works.

Not sure how strict is the namespace check with regards to dealing with friends declarations in the C++ standard, but it seems that not only Visual C++ reports the issue.
