From cygwin or mingw, with --enable-doscompile=msvc, I can build the Osi unitTests with cl/link and run them without error. It's also possible that Cbc/stable/1.1 is pulling in an old version of Osi. My first response is that this is most likely a MSVisualStudio problem or a Cbc versioning problem. But MSVS is outside of my expertise.

As an aside, I can only guarantee this for Clp and Dylp, in the stable branch of Osi. Releases needs to be updated to BuildTools 0.5.4. Glpk might pass in an optimised build, but will surely fail in a debug build (as it does on other unix platforms).

This ticket is no longer current. Closing, refile if problem persists in current stable versions. Arguably should be filed with Cbc, as Osi does not have a unit test project file for MSVS.
