shinyashboard doesn't refresh page, it opens a new one about brochure

Hey,

Yeah the issue is that by default, menuItem adds target="_blank" to your link, which means that the link will be open in a new tab of your browser.

One hacky way to bypass this would be to do:

> it <- menuItem("Dashboard", href = "/", icon = icon("dashboard"))
> it$children[[1]]$attribs$target <- NULL 
> it
<li>
  <a href="/">
    <i class="fa fa-dashboard" role="presentation" aria-label="dashboard icon"></i>
    <span>Dashboard</span>
  </a>
</li>

I'm not sure if it is a new argument to the shinydashboard::menuItem() function, but you have the newtab argument, which you can set to FALSE in order to cancel this behavior.
