This script uses the memmap kernel option, i'm not sure if that's the same as BadRam.
If you run the map_badram.sh script it should print out lines like:
memmap=924M$157858M
Copy all of these and paste them into your bootloader config as kernel arguments. If you're using Grub2 then this is usually /etc/default/grub and you need to add them to the list of parameters on GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX. After this run update-grub as root to install the new configuration.
