Organization Deactivation about hydra

We need to support subscription cancellation, automatically, before we can hand this over to the public. Who wants to sign up for a service they can't easily cancel?

Here are a few considerations as we do this:

• When a user engages a cancellation, we need to track who is doing this.
  • Create a CancellationRequest model?
• As part of cancellation
  • release all lines
  • disconnect the twilio account
  • set 'canceled at' on the subscription
• Make historical data unavailable as of the end of the period of the subscription
