I am not convinced that leading off the "How it Works" section with the BYO Twilio blurb will draw customers in (a customer first wants to know what TMT does for them, not necessarily how we use a Twilio API). I think the first line under the "How it Works" section needs to talk about reserving phone lines, and sending text messages. The Twilio part should certainly be included, but should follow the function of TMT. My thoughts....
