仅支持第一次用户认证成功绑定mac地址，后续认证会验证用户的mac地址信息是否一致
方式：新增用户或者修改用户信息选择绑定mac地址/用户套餐也可以设置是否绑定mac地址
数据库表：app_user 字段：should_bind_mac_addr字段=1表示绑定mac地址
