Looking at compass-rails
it appears that sass-rails
is required for 3.1 & 3.2, correct?
Defining this as a dependency would rock...

It can't be a strong dependency because of our support for rails 2.3 and 3.0. That is, unless we have separate branches and ship separate gems for each rails version. It's really a challenge... open to suggestions.

Yeah, there seems no clean way to do this...unless you had compass-rails-3
vs compass-rails-2
as thin shims which simply hard-wired the correct version combinations.
