Detect package name from repository URL. about packagist

Yeah I wasn't too sure how to handle this one, I sort of like the fact that it forces you to acknowledge your package name for reals, because renaming packages should be avoided. But it's indeed a bit stupid to ask for info we can get ourselves.

I can think of two things that would accomplish this same behavior:

• Load the package name via AJAX after the repository field loses it's focus.
• Add a "confirmation page" after the user clicks submit package.

Yup, mix the two and we have a two-step submit with ajax-loaded confirmation in between. Good idea.
