added separate project (still in early alpha) for uploading - allows website owners to decide to optionally add this feature or not

next todo: refactor all depending smart editor projects to look for upload.aspx being installed and if yes, provide everything necessary to use that upload feature

optional: allow image upload by clipboard

new check for upload/insert or not upload/insert is to check if there has been an images or docs path been set up in web.config of the control attributes
