Idempotency and dry-run mode

The role is not idempotent and does not accept to be played in dry-run.

Apt-key deprecated. GPG key does not get added from private repo.

apt-key is deprecated and this module fails on clean run.

The playbook runs to the end but on apt update fails with NO PUBKEY error.

The repo source template points to /usr/share/keyrings/.gpg but doesn't copy the gpg keys to this location. It seems that the functionality of this module is broken.

Deprecations in Ansible 2.7

[DEPRECATION WARNING]: Invoking "apt" only once while using a loop via squash_actions is deprecated. Instead of using a loop to supply 
multiple items and specifying `pkg: {{ item }}`, please use `pkg: ['curl', 'debian-archive-keyring', 'apt-transport-https']` and remove the
 loop. This feature will be removed in version 2.11. Deprecation warnings can be disabled by setting deprecation_warnings=False in 
ansible.cfg.
