License "clickthrough" about miniforge

I know about -b. I was more questioning why it's even there in the first place. But thanks for the response!

I think the reason for miniconda was for openssl license (exporting cryptographic software). We should add the openssl license here.

The -b option also doesn't run conda init at the end, and finding where conda is installed is kinda hard. Especially with all the different names we provide. openssl is a funny license.

@isuruf do you feel like we need to explicitely include the terms of the OpenSSL License or is it enough that we call it out?

Thought OpenSSL changed to Apache-2.0

Beyond "Apache-2.0" there are US export laws. And SSL technology has a special place in their heart ;)

So it might be prudent to say "Cryptographic Software" somewhere in Mambaforge.
