fail to build pdf due to "conda_logo.svg" in index.rst about conda-docs

addendum : for some reason the conda_logo.pdf I obtained is lacking most of the C, as I realize from comparing with original svg in my firefox, thus convert might not be the best conversion tool here.

update: I mentioned above problem with pdf converted from svg format using convert, this was caused by using old version of convert utility ImageMagick 6.8.3-3 2013-02-21 Q16 (or possibly that version did not have needed libraries only Delegates: bzlib jng jpeg png tiff xml zlib.)

On another computer where I have Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, the pdf file has no issue (if I ssh there I end up in another environment hence I can't provide right now the version string of the convert utility).
