This happens due to the re-use of the swagger generator from REST. Since security requirements are defined in the constructor and not dynamically. Need to figure out a way to distinguish between the two.

Another peeve with Admin Swagger is how admin routes don't currently get prefixed by /admin.
I've resolved both issues, opening a PR as soon as I iron out a few rough edges.
