Thanks for reporting. For the time being I can only recommend to use the scripts to compile from sources.
I guess the issue is that meanwhile the compilation of full Coq Platform exceeds the GitHub runner time limit of 6h, so I build them locally. Obviously the fix done here:
doesn't influence local builds. I will fix that and publish new installers, but it will take a few days.

@herbelin : I will do a new release in the next days (the installers are in signing by INRIA). As far as I can tell these should work down to macOS 11.0 for ARM and 10.13 for Intel Macs. The support for ARM Macs came with an increase in the minimum OS version of 11.0 (which is the first which supported ARM). I now have separate min versions for Intel and ARM Macs.

Having the same issue, please advise.

For the record, a colleague a mine tried on Mojave and got the message "You have macOS %@. The application requires macOS %@ or later."

@MSoegtropIMC: thanks a lot!
I'm currently working with macOS 12.5, homebrew installed. If I can help, either to compile packages, or check packages, don't hesitate to ask.
PS: Regarding the "macOS %@" message, I suspect it is a Mojave bug: by browsing the web, I could only find one occurrence of such message, precisely on Mojave.
