That would be a good feature to have, yeah. The only issue I can think of is how the crop setting would factor in with the resizing. The crop values would either have to be pre-resize or post-resize (the border setting is post-resize), I'm not sure which would be more intuative. Or maybe use percentage values?
Either way, I can look into implementing this once the transition to Bootstrap 5 is complete. A separate setting to automatically crop out any black borders would also be cool.

I'd think pre-resize would make sense, as you'd know (or could measure) ahead of time the exact amount you want to crop in by.
Percentage would be a lot harder to work with, at least for me. Automatic crop would definitely be cool.
