I have known the reason. This is a current limitation of the Go plugin package.

Exactly.
The go package 'plugin', somewhat equivalent to dlopen(3), requires Go 1.8+ and currently only works on Linux
Gomacro uses it to load compiled code at runtime.
An alternative would be to interpret packages you want to import, but gomacro is not yet complete enough for such an approach to have a reasonable chance of working - it would basically need to be 100% complete

For reference: go-1.10 adds plugin support on Mac OS X, but it seems still buggy - see issue #12
