• Uniprobe doesn't seem to provide plain-text annotation (maybe in SQL?). We exclude it for now.

• Hocomoco, by far, is the best at providing both matrices and annotation. Both are plain text.

• Jaspar provides all matrices, but doesn't provide plain-text annotation. I wrote a SQL query to extract the needed annotation from a big SQL dump they provide.

49e17f7: finished proper query to convert jaspar annotation to something both useful to us, and compatible with hocomoco's annotation too.

Script to get and convert the annotation done. The fields that I've kept, for now, are the following: motif name, gene name, family description and UniProt accession.

Note for later: should we uppercase the genes in the MotifSet, or not?
