simpler, lighter server setup about borealis

On (1), a web search finds some possibilities. I don't know which of these are fragile e.g. if the python environment has more than one site-packages directory:

• pip show borealis-fireworks | grep Location will print something like

  Location: /usr/local/var/pyenv/versions/2.7.16/envs/wcEcoli2/lib/python2.7/site-packages
  

• pip show -f borealis-fireworks will print a bunch of lines including

  Location: /usr/local/var/pyenv/versions/2.7.16/envs/wcEcoli2/lib/python2.7/site-packages
  Files:
  borealis/installation/borealis-fireworker.service
  borealis/installation/example_my_launchpad.yaml
  borealis/installation/startup.sh
  

• python -m site will print something like this

  sys.path = [
      ...
      '/usr/local/var/pyenv/versions/wcEcoli2/lib/python2.7/site-packages',
      ...
  

• The code could evaluate fireworker.__file__.

How is an installed package supposed to find its data files?

Part 1 is implemented: Run fireworker -s to print the path to the setup files.

I removed the Ubuntu / snap / docker-credential-gcr steps from the setup instructions.

Part 2 is prescribed by pyenv.

Part 3 might be moot now -- I think gcloud gets the permissions only from the service account.
