Time series representation of outbreak data about covid-19-community

The Corona Data Scraper CDS cleans up the JHU data and provides daily updates.

So I think the following file is a better data source to try to build a time-series representation in Neo4j.

For the US, the New York Times provides the most detailed data at the state and county-level.

Time and date can be represented directly in Neo4j >= v 3.4 as node properties and indices can be created for the properties for rapid search. Timetrees, mentioned above, are a thing of the past.

Time trees are not needed anymore. Can create an index on date property for efficient searching.
