Header and footer not showing with cover about shark.pdfconvert

Sorry, did not mean to leave this for so long.

You're having better luck than I am. Once I try and use header/footer and cover, wkhtmltopdf just gives me a blank page. Ordering doesn't seem to matter, I just can't use both at the same time. I even grabbed the 0.12.5-rc version.

I'll try playing with it more later. I have the ordering change in the build options, will incorporate it into a nuget package once I get all the options playing nice.

Actually, I've found the issue with a little bit of tinkering. Header and Footer options are PAGE options, not global options, so they must be part of the page resource when calling wkhtmltopdf. Additionally, if the header or footer or cover page isn't a FULL valid HTML document with doctype then wkhtmltopdf seems to not show them. I'll be uploading a newer version soon 1.0.3 and updating the samples/tests to show that it does work now.
