The reason is that PPO is a ParallelAgent which accepts a StateArray as input. Configure the preset as:
preset = ppo.device(device).hyperparameters(n_envs=1).env(env).build()and everywhere you call agent.act(state), instead call:
from all.core import State
self._agent.act(State.array([state]))from autonomous-learning-library.
