Replace PyYAML dependency with ruamel.yaml? about creativecommons.github.io-source

@TimidRobot @kgodey I want to work on this issue. As I can understand I have to remove PyYAML configuration from Pipfile.lock. Am I right?

Pipfile.lock is an autogenerated file, you have to update the Pipfile dependencies (see pipenv docs: https://pipenv.readthedocs.io/en/latest/). Also you need to check whether we need a yaml library as a dependency at all.

I just checked out dependency graph and found that "Lektor" has a dependency on "watchdog" (which monitors system events), which further have a dependency on PyYAML, any idea how to tweak this?

It appears there's nothing to fix here. If I ever use gorakhargosh/watchdog enough to have a more informed opinion, I might open an issue there.
