I see that it is scrollable as I added some li in ul (you can see duplicate dashboard headings)

Yeah the scrollbar shows when we scroll. I want it to be there permanently I tried showing but two scrollbar showed up then.

Tried reproducing the issue, added duplicate dashboard items in the list, checking on Chrome on Mac and it shows scroller.

, though I observed one issue, when we directly get our mouse over side bar, it shows scroll but scroll does not work, if we do the same on the right main page it works, and then side bar scroll also works.
