Continual Loading Bar about azure-devops-pull-request-hub

Hello @rofehaim,
Thanks for opening the issue. There is a known issue that I'm working on to fix this endless loading but I just want to check whether it's the same case. The case I'm working on to fix happens when there is no Pull Request created at any repository, so in case you don't have any active PR for any Project, it keeps the endless loading.

Could you please confirm if is it the same case? If not, if you could provide more details and perhaps a screenshot of the Network tab from the Developers Toolbox would be great.

Unfortunately this is not the case... I have an open pull requests.
there is one error in the network tab.. attaching screenshots.

Thanks for sending more details @rofehaim, the issue is that the extension is trying to use the 5.2 SDK version and your server supports at this moment only the 5.1. I will investigate whether if I downgrade it to 5.1 it will not affect anything. On the other hand, is there a way for you to update your server to its latest version?

I'm working on a new PR #47 that's downgrading the API version to 5.1. Perhaps, if you could test after it's released will be great.
