The cause of the problem seems to be that after the simulation has run for some time, some of the agents t_evac is set to 0 (even though they are not close to exit), which results in them switching their strategy to Patient. Next step is to solve why these agents' t_evac=0.

The cause of the problem was that indexing of agents and their estimated evacuation times (t_evac), where mixed up. This problem is solved in the branch 'Anton'.
