I was able to reproduce the same behavior with french subtitle:

Your problem has something to do with audio. By default crunchy-cli tries to download content with your system language. It seems that the episode is not available in your system language (french I suppose), so you might have to manually set the audio language you want. This can be done with the -a flag.
