execute cannot be used while an asynchronous query is underway about crunchy-containers

thanks for entering this issue, I'll see if I can recreate it, could be a problem in pgpool but I'm unsure at this point.

@jmccormick2001 thanks for your reply one side note is that I accessed pgpool using HeidiSQL, which behaves different from pgadmin. pgadmin sends the whole query but HeidiSQL sends one by one i.e. semicolon seprated as one query so it gives more than enough time to interrupt the process.

@jmccormick2001 before I ran the transaction I manually deleted the 3 replica pods just to check weather the replication controller recreates it(actually playing cockpit-kubernetes topology ui). As expected pods gets recreated and also data in master and replica are equal so no problem at this point.

@jmccormick2001 sorry, I'm actually trying to say that replication is not the suspect but what happen next to replication is, which is insert transaction that I mentioned. I don't know what caused this issue and also I can't able to find a solution so I just reinstalled the crunchy postgresql.
