Composer installing old version about crunz

Turns out to be a case of PEBKAC.

Somehow I had my CLI PHP version pointing to a version of PHP 7.3. However, there's a little gain, I didn't know about the why-not for composer, that's a neat trick. Thanks much!

In composer.json You require version ^2.3 which translates to >=2.3.0 <3.0.0, try to run composer why-not crunzphp/crunz 3.2, if there are no conflicts change version manually in composer.json and run update.
