One very minor tweak would be to replace the word "only" with "even": "Real world block ciphers [only] have [even] more limitations than our idealized examples, such as much smaller block sizes."

I'm worried about accuracy there, since that makes it sound like the idealized block ciphers are already pretty flawed in some way, but they are designed to not have any issues at all (it's just a LUT with cryptographically random data, it only works because there's few possible input blocks).
