Nope, there are different code styles in the world, some of them tell to write the shorthands for such colors, others say to write always the full variants like #333333, so it's a matter of code style, so if the point of the project is to “beautify CSS”, then there should be such option.

I'll wait for some time. I don't think I'll find any free time to make this by myself, so feel free to implement it. But if I'd get to doing any of the features I suggested, I'll mention it in the corresponding issues.
