Initial idea was to make style rule values accessible form javascript.
But now it seems to be a good replacement for preprocessors too.
And also cascading problem solution.

So seems like all this points are very good I don't know if we need to focus on just one ...

Not one particular, but the goals (the answer to Why-question) should be obvious and simple to comprehend and "value".
Solve cascading problem is something complex. Access styles from javascript is ok, but provoke the comparison with inlining :)
